Trustpilot calculated Lily's Kitchen's score 3.2. The latest review - I have used Lily’s with my dog for nearly 8 years, recently she also started having vomiting and diarrhoea about 6 hours after every meal. Initially I thought she’d eaten something outside. Vets thought it was IBD. Changed to another food brand with similar but less ingredients and currently she is fine. It is possible it was a bad tin or two, it’s also possible it is a non meat protein but another ingredient is now causing a sensitivity. The treats don’t cause a problem though..
