I just these ginger chews. They are especially fantastic if you have a sore throat or even an upset stomach. Beats having to take medication

The noodles are chewy, soak them in hot water to soften them and then pour out the water, add the sauce to the noodles and mix them and you can eat them (just add half of the spicy sauce, adding all of it is too spicy for me!

Have not opened, but I plan to use them for smaller spring rolls. Keep in mind these are the smaller sheets. About 6 1/2 inches. For reference that is a small paper plate from Costco the ones for like a slice of dessert.
