These are my favorite Hokkigai (Arctic Surf Clams). One box contains 3-4 servings. If you order a plate of 2 pieces of Hokkigai sushi at a Japanese restaurant, it costs around $4-5, but since this box contains about 20 pieces, it offers excellent value for money. You can let them thaw slowly in the refrigerator for about a day, or you can thaw them by soaking the bag in cold water for about 30 minutes right before eating. All you need is soy sauce and wasabi or gochujang (Korean chili paste). They taste great and make a wonderful appetizer, so I find myself repurchasing them.
