These days, I don't use things like anchovies, kelp, onions, and green onion roots. I just need this one. My daughter, who lives alone, likes to add this to the soup instead of buying all the ingredients one by one. It saves on food costs and the soup tastes good. She really likes it. It's the perfect item for these days when eating out is so expensive.

I bought a bottle for cooking. It's pretty good. It's not sweet and works better than Sprite.

I use it in teriyaki and stew dishes.
