I often eat Zeng Ban Mian in Taiwan. The noodles are very chewy and delicious. Sometimes when I don’t want to eat too much, I will cook this to eat. I am so happy to be able to buy it in the United States.

My favorite wheat chili oil noodles! They're delicious hot and cold! It's interesting how it sticks and clumps up and thickens but as someone who likes overcooked noodles, it's only the better! I prefer the original chili oil flavor over hot and sour sauce being too strong for me. so I eat it without that packet! I need to try sesame oil one next!
