I ordered 2 Bangus Sisig from Weee! and it is absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations! The milkfish flakes are perfectly marinated, well-seasoned, and full of rich, savory flavor with just the right hint of tanginess and spice. The texture is spot-on!, tender, flaky fish that blends beautifully with the classic sisig taste, but lighter and healthier than the traditional pork version. It’s tastes like that of Mang Inasal’s!
