you get a lot in the pot! the vegan meat is not bad at all, kinda like more doughy pieces of tortilla cut into strips. not a veggie person but they were good too. ready in 15 mins. didn’t even need to go out of my room while my dad is sleeping!

First time trying this. The glutinous rice had a deep purple color, it was not seasoned. The sweetness came from the muscovado sugar, which had more flavor than refined sugar. The grated coconut provided some salty element. It is more a sweet dish, the salt from the coconut was on the background.
