It tasted like the tteokbokki I used to eat at the old market! The portion was large and I ate it well! Even when I reheated it, the tteok was still chewy^^

It's really full of garlic. I like this product, so I repurchase it several times. The recipe says to boil the rice cakes and then stir-fry them in the sauce before eating them, but personally, I think it's much more flavorful and delicious to eat them after frying them.

There is so much garlic in the sauce that you can almost chew the minced garlic. Tteokbokki is made by stir-frying with sauce without water. Instead of boiling the rice cake in water, it is more delicious if you fry it in oil and then stir-fry it with the sauce.
I ate it with sesame seeds as directed in the recipe and it was delicious?
