The taste is okay. I put it under the radish and boiled it with a lot of mugwort, green onion, and mushrooms. My husband said it was refreshing and ate it well, but for me, the seasoning tasted a bit strong, and there were too many clams that I couldn't open my mouth, and other than crab, there wasn't much to eat. I don't think I'll buy it again.
It's not bad to eat it simply. I added mirin, freeze-dried garlic, and green chili pepper paste to the seasoning.
