The taste is super super porky and obviously it’s going to be fat heavy but I personally prefer pork that is less strong (lighter 腥味）

It's quite thinly sliced, but the meat doesn't fall apart into minced meat. However, it produces a lot of fat, so I think it's better not to add oil when frying. The meat is soft and delicious.
