I use it to fry lamb brisket, adjust the dipping sauce, and match it with porridge... I am very satisfied, and it will not be too sweet or salty to affect the seasoning.
Picture 2 is the feeling of handling. It tastes very good, although it is not as good as Yangzhou pickles, but it can be done overseas.
