I made a big portion of mapo tofu and it was delicious.
The 2 tofu were packaged inside a silver waterproof bag with an ice pack in the middle. The icepack was all defrotesd by the time it arrived, but it was still chilly inside. It was thankfully only 65F today, but had it been a hotter day, I might have been more worried. But they are great. And I received the item in 7/17, with the expiration day not until September. I'm glad I got one of the newer batches. There were times I only had 2 weeks left on the due date.

Tofu was good to make ma-po. There are so many brands of tofu, you can even make it yourself also. But for the price and without the effort, economies of scale tells me to just buy the tofu. This brand is particularly good, has a fresh smell and the texture was soft but didn’t crumble and fall apart when I was cooking (fold when you make mapo tofu). Surprising since it says extra silken. Will likely get it again.
