We liked the taste of Wagyu ground beef so much that we bought it again, at regular price this time, for a super special Fourth of July and wedding anniversary burger dinner. Instead of regular mustard and ketchup, we used horseradish sauce and a mixture of ketchup and original creamy Caesar dressing for condiments, topped with blue cheese, three slices of pickles, a slice of Nicolisi's Fine Foods Black Berkshire uncured bacon, a slice of tomato, and some homegrown romaine lettuce.

But the filling is too fresh for me. It's not natural. I'll try the ones with bean sprouts or cabbage next time. I think the price is more expensive than Weiquan. I will consider it only if it's on sale. Weiquan's shrimp dumpling filling is more suitable for me. But Weiquan's dumplings don't look good.
