I cannot wait to make some yummy curry with it
I like it very much. It is lean and not fat. There is almost no smell of mutton. The instantpot made pilaf very fragrant.
This lamb bone cubed is so amazing and it’s very tender and it’s not gamey at all.
After the lamb is thawed, soak it in cold water and wash it. Put it in cold water to remove the bleeding water, take it out and rinse it with hot water, then put it in the pressure cooker. Season it according to personal taste, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of bean paste, cooking wine, thirteen spices, a little soy sauce, mix well. Ingredients: two sliced onions, remove the fishy smell and melt the onions to make soup, a piece of old tofu cut into pieces, a chicken leg mushroom cut into pieces, these ingredients are random and what is available. Stew in a pressure cooker for 26 minutes, delicious product!
