      I use this old gluten with mushrooms and add some bamboo shoots and black fungus, stir-fry it, and it tastes pretty good. The old gluten is thick, sticky and chewy.

The Kitchen Leftovers never waste any ingredients, including cooking oil. They use it to stir-fry mustard greens and cauliflower or stew tofu and bean curd skin. No other seasonings need to be added, the taste and aroma are still great.
