I have repurchased this Arctic clam many times. This time it is white and even better!
Arctic scallops, you can eat them after simple processing
Not good for me. I bought these along with the red ones. Save your money for the salmon sashimi or scallop sashimi. the two clam options are terrible. bad flavor bad texture. they also triggered stomach issues and also I got a rash around my eyes from them. I have never been allergic to shellfish in my life. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 just in case it is just my genes that can't tolerate them. but still, the flavor and texture are horrible. so if I were you, I would skip it.
It was very unpalatable. The sashimi was so fishy that I couldn't eat it. I had to stir-fry it with ginger and scallions, but it still didn't taste good.

I took it out to have a drink with my husband, and I was surprised that there was so much more than I thought. It didn't smell or taste fishy at all, and it was so sweet and delicious that I bought it again today.
