I had never eaten abalone before, but after reading the reviews and seeing the positive reviews, I bought it. It has a salty taste, so my son said it's better not to eat it raw, so I grilled it with butter and soy sauce.
This is the second time I buy this. This is the amount of a bag. I am not used to eating it raw. I just slice it and steam it for one or two minutes. It is very fresh.
