I love Bibigo Mandu, and this one is a little spicy. This is more like medium spice to me. I think i like this more than regular beef one. Good meaty flavor and full of stuffing. Great buy!

Loveeee these dumplings
Because of its flat shape, it is easy to fry, and it is also delicious baked in an air fryer with a little oil. In particular, due to the japchae noodles, it tastes like a mix of vegetable dumplings and seaweed rolls. Since it contains no meat, I sometimes fry it up as a vegetarian potluck food at my workplace, and foreigners love it without any reservations!

I've tried many brands of soup dumplings, and this one is the best. It has almost no MSG taste, isn't greasy, and actually has soup inside. The meat isn't fishy, and you can even taste a hint of ginger. I buy it every time.

I've had Bibigo Japchae Gunmandu, but this was my first time ordering rice dumpling skins. Regular Gunmandu skins are too thick, so I don't like them, but I'm not sure about these.
