I wanted to try the original flavor of crab, so I didn't season it. I just fried it with egg liquid, flour and a little oil. Although it was a bit overcooked, it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was still delicious. You can taste the original seawater flavor and freshness of the crab. It's good.
