It’s really salty and not in the pot as in picture. It’s in a plastic container instead. When I took it out to heat it up, it broke up in pieces. It looks like a mess while serving because of that.

The eel pieces are not small, but the texture is average. The garlic is amazing and soft, without any garlic taste, so it is delicious! I like the sauce too!

The eel meat is very fishy, so you have to stir-fry it yourself and add some cooking wine to make it better. Be careful if you can't eat fishy food.
