I got to say Cheng Hing will not disappoint. The sticky rice is the best I have tasted from different sellers on weee. It is more pricey than all other rice dumplings but the ingredients include Chinese sausage, salted egg and meat.

If you want to cook poached chicken, I personally think the meat is inferior to baby's, but it is very suitable for stewing soup.
