The soup is tasty, but since most bones are close to disintegrating, some small pieces can be eaten after chewing if tolerable, but for those who doesn't want to stomach these bits and pieces (bones/skin, etc), it takes a bit of effort to separate them out.

Our household usually buys the Harim brand but tried this one for the first time because it said mung beans. Pic shows what 2 packages in a large pot looks like straight from the package. Package says keep at room temp not frozen like Harim brand. Smelled great. Tastes good too. Bones fall right out. We couldn’t really see or taste any mung beans but maybe it was cooked down with the rice inside.
