It's not tender and fishy. It's a waste of time to stew it for so long. This is the worst beef I've ever bought.

Some of the fat in the middle is full of big pieces, not as evenly distributed as in the picture After marinating, fry it until it is 80% done. It feels too hard to chew

Meat is beautifully marbled, but quite thin. We grilled it to a nice medium rare, there were some chewy inedible bits on the sides, and the texture of the meat was a bit chewier than I would like it to be for USDA prime, but I guess that’s just how chuck roast meat is when it’s not slow cooked. Overall, a good quality product but not sure if it’s worth the price per pound.
It looks good but I can't chew it at all. Do you have the same problem as me?
