    This isnt my favorite brand but that doesnt mean this isnt good. It still tastes great but I prefer the ones with the sugar/salt crystals, and as you can see from the picture these do not have that. However, this also would probably do less damage on your mouth's soft tissue if you binge eat. I also like the size of these, they're much larger than the ones I normally get.
