Not good for me. I bought these along with the red ones. Save your money for the salmon sashimi or scallop sashimi. the two clam options are terrible. bad flavor bad texture. they also triggered stomach issues and also I got a rash around my eyes from them. I have never been allergic to shellfish in my life. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 just in case it is just my genes that can't tolerate them. but still, the flavor and texture are horrible. so if I were you, I would skip it.
It was very unpalatable. The sashimi was so fishy that I couldn't eat it. I had to stir-fry it with ginger and scallions, but it still didn't taste good.

I took it out to have a drink with my husband, and I was surprised that there was so much more than I thought. It didn't smell or taste fishy at all, and it was so sweet and delicious that I bought it again today.

My first time trying this clam. I love it so much. Very meaty and sweet and good umami. Taste very similar to Surf Clam. I think I prefer this one slightly more on flavor and succelent meaty texture. Hope it goes on sale sometime. I'd definitely purchase again!!

It's easy to take care of if you take off the head and cut the shell in half with scissors, but it smells a bit fishy.

i was excited to try the langoustine. it’s very fresh and no foul smell. just too bad it’s a lot of work for a small portion of protein. and the shell is very thorny it cuts into skin if not careful. the head and claws are not edible so i tried to salvage th by stew them with porridge…. fun to try first time but it’s a lot of work. trader joe has unshelled ones that are ready to eat.
The Norwegian deep-sea jellyfish in boxes look very clean and are very small in size.

The size is OK, defrost it first and then steam it. The shrimp head can be used to cook porridge.
It looks big but there is not much meat left after cooking... It is fresh but it is troublesome to remove the shrimp thread. It is suitable for making soup
