    Didn’t love the consistency or thickness of the noodles but overall it makes for a pretty good meal if you add in your own toppings (I like to add julienned cucumbers + Korean pear + a hard boiled egg)

    I’m not the biggest fan of mustard, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this, but the mustard balanced perfectly with the broth, making a super refreshing noodle dish!

    Overall good product. When I opened the noodle package, it had a strong sour yeast like smell but after boiling it and rinsing there wasn’t any problem. For the next one, I would rinse it in the cold water longer because it end up being lukewarm, I wanted ice cold. Maybe add some ice while chilling it in the water. Other than that, it tastes yummy. I ate 1 package alone and felt very full but I don’t think it’s enough for 2 people.

    I like the arrowroot cold noodles more, this one is okay, comes with broth and mustard but no spicy sauce. Noodles are not chewy

    I love Korean cold noodles with broth, especially the texture of the noodles w/a high percentage of Buckwheat ( in noodles). I ordered this one in the hope that I’d be able to taste some decent buckwheat flavor and texture and was quite a bit surprised that it does have flavors I expected! Only wish it had more broth :(
