For some reason, I thought these Braised Chicken Feet (Mild) were like the ones at dim sum, but it’s quite the opposite. The skin was pretty chewy but still pretty good. I decided to steam it for 5 mins instead of the microwave, so it wont dry up. These Braised Chicken Feet has good flavoring to them. My mom loves it with some rice.
