In my opinion, Palm corned beef is the best corned beef. It’s chunky, juicy, (does not have a lot of fat) and very tasty. It can be used as in sandwiches, with noodles, rice etc. . If you are a corned beef lover, this is the one to get. The can I receive has a long shelf life, 2029. Here I sauteed it with onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes and cilantro. This was served with brown rice as one meal; with boiled green bananas with sauteed vegetables, Malabar spinach, and steamed chayote. This meal was enjoyed by the entire family.
This was one of our staples but recently stopped purchasing it since its price kept going up. Glad it was on sale this week!

Good for breakfast
Definitely a fan of ox and palm corned beef. Those little tasty white bits are more present in this corned beef than others - and they are so delicious. I could eat this all the time. Try it if you love corned beef!
