Was apprehensive ordering these rock crabs as the last 4 rock crabs I ordered from this Clearwater Rock Crabs were without roe and had very little crab meat. This time out, I ordered 3 rock crabs and 2 of them had a lot of roe which made me happy. The other one had very little roe and crab meat except the claws. So, two very good ones out of 3 rock crabs is worth buying.,

On the sweet side but really good
Everything is good, will buy again
First time trying this sauce and it was delicious. It’s more on the sweet side than salty. One suggestion, make sure to chop a lot of your own garlic and stir fry with the sauce until golden brown then mix with your choice of seafood, it will taste better.
