The instruction on the outer cardboard is not suitable for US microwave. Can't speak for other region, but not for average default US microwave. Also there is no dotted lines. The best way is to peel the clear film on both sides, about an inch each side. Then set microwave to 2 min. Let it sit for a minute. Tastes good.
