This fully cooked Beef Caldereta from Orient Gourmet is delicious. From frozen stage I just put it in a microwave safe dish, poked some holes on the plastic and microwaved it for 5 minutes. I took it to work today for my lunch.
Fork tender beef with potato and carrots not overly cooked.
It smells and tastes so good! I thawed it overnight in the fridge and heated it up in a pan. 2 thumbs up ??!
Killed it in one sitting. This was very good. Will do again.
Oh geez the beef is so freakin’ tough and the sauce is thin and bland. Very disappointing. Never again.
