Amazingly delicious milk fish belly. Simply salt and pepper bake. The belly is so good and no bones. Easy to store in freezer. Does not take much space.

Air fry both milkfish and smelt. It was good!! The milkfish is amazing! Very meaty and the belly is delicious. I think I prefer fried smelt fish for the crunch. I will be purchasing milk fish again. Need 2 pieces to satisfy craving.
