Large, fresh taro roots arrived. They were sold in 2lbs (907g) portions, but the six roots weighed 935g.
It's small, but delicious when cooked.
The taro this time was excellent, and it looked very fresh.
There were five fairly large taro roots inside. They seemed slightly less sticky than Japanese taro, but that wasn't a problem after cooking and eating them. They had a fluffy texture. They were all in perfect condition with no damage. I enjoyed them very much.
Clean and refreshing, each one is of excellent quality, healthy food, I've repurchased it many times!

My family love this root vegetable. It can be used just like potatoes, has a lovely creamy texture and quite tasty. I cook them in curry, stews, soups, mash they like potatoes. It a versatile root vegetable. I received a love bag of eddoes, of which I’m very satisfied with. This is a repurchase many times.
The mud had already been removed, making it easy to use. When steamed in a pot, it was chewy and fluffy and delicious. I ate it with ginger soy sauce.
The taro I bought was always delicious and fresh, but the tubers this time were small.
