With a quarter cup of butter, a quarter onion, two heads of garlic, several slices of ginger and a bit of soy sauce, the fish tastes heavenly tender and sweet.

This is the first time ordering Catfish Nuggets. It arrived packed in ice and frozen, as always with cold storage. The fish was fresh, no bones. Reasonable priced. I washed with salt and vinegar, seasoned to my liking and fried. My grandchildren loved this fish. It was gone in a jiffy. The one pack that I got was not enough for them. I should’ve gotten more than one. If you like catfish, this is a good buy. I already have two more on order.
Recently, Wee is selling catfish nuggets at almost half the price of Western supermarkets. Braised with fried tofu, and finally scoop up vermicelli in the soup. One fish, three ways to eat, how good is life!
