I was worried because it looked small, but when I cut it, there was more than I thought. It was soft and had just the right amount of seasoning, so it was delicious. I think I'll buy it again.

I have bought this octopus many times (about 5 times, 2 packs each time), each time the octopus is always fresh and delicious. However, this time (delivered on July 16th), after defrosting, the octopus turned red as shown in the picture and smelled very bad. There was nothing I could do except throw it away. Extremely disappointed. Please consider before buying. This is probably my 5th time buying this octopus. The products were always absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious until this very last purchase (delivered on July 16th). They’re red and smelled very bad. Could not do anything with them but throwing them all away. So disappointed, waste of my time and money. Think again if you wanna purchase them.
It's a bit too big to be called a flathead octopus, but it tastes good. Regular octopus is quite chewy, but this size makes it easy to eat. I stewed it in soy sauce and sake, and the broth was delicious. Don't throw it away. It's good for cooking rice, and it's also delicious for making tofu. This is the second time I've bought it, and this time there were about two pieces of sand in it.
