It tastes a bit like a machine-made udon broth base (very slightly spicy), but I didn't know how much water to put in, so I used 1L, and the included seasoning wasn't salty enough, so I added salt, soy sauce, mushroom powder, etc. to eat. The dumplings are small, but the filling is rich, so the chewy texture is great, and the taste and seasoning are just right, so I want to buy them again.
