Chewy and delicious vermicelli
The vermicelli noodles are chewy yet still soft. They absorb the sauce very well.
The noodles are thin and delicious, but they make you hungry again very quickly, so you have to cook a little more at once.
Instead of eating my chicken soup with rice, I added these mung bean noodles instead. It was delish!
I haven’t tried using this brand but the noodles are transluscent and look good.
