When I opened the package, I saw the black and sticky thing and I had no appetite at all. There were 6 large gluten pieces inside, divided into two small bags. Each gluten piece was cut into 4 equal parts, and different vegetables were added and cooked in two meals. No oil or seasoning was added, but it was just right and refreshing.
For this dish, you'll need to add your own veggies, but I'm always surprised by how delicious every dish from this brand is that've tried. To me it tastes even better than resturaunt and much cheaper.
Three stars because the picture is misleading. I thought there would be veggies inside. But the flavors are delicious and it’s good for a quick simple meal.

This is my first time buying this kind of gluten. It is a little greasy than other brands, but the taste is very good (the price is also attractive). The Kitchen Leftovers never waste any ingredients, including cooking oil. They use it to stir-fry mustard greens and cauliflower or stew tofu and bean curd skin. No other seasonings need to be added, the taste and aroma are still great.
