I bought Youki products because many of them are to my liking and the tubes make them easy to use.
The expiration date is about six months. I was able to buy it for a cheaper price than at the nearby Asian supermarket!

Chose this over the other brands as the other brands have corn syrup. This one has tapioca syrup - which ppl say it’s healthier.

Simplest and most natural gochujang. Add cayenne or other hot chili if you need more heat, but this one has a warmer base than most gochujang. Excellent stable product for fridge use for months and months, if it takes that long, it wont lose flavor. But if you use in soup bases and sauces like I do almost daily this container is a great value and won’t last long at all! Thank you weee for the best price and freshest product available.

Amazing, very good gochujang

It's kimchi fried rice.
When I miss that spicy kick, I dip a little bit with a teaspoon haha. I also eat gochujang stew, and it feels like I'm back in Korea.
