It was nice that I didn't have to fry it at home. It was seasoned with rib flavor, so it was delicious. It wasn't the crispy large intestine that you see on YouTube mukbangs, but it's not tough and it's good for a quick meal. The photo is for one serving, and only 4 pieces were cooked, so the amount looks small... It will vary from person to person, but I think it's enough for 3-4 people.

It's cleanly trimmed, but there's too much fat. After cutting it, there's not much, but it's thick and tasty. I boiled it in wine and then grilled it, and it was satisfying.

I really wanted to eat gopchang jeongol, so I ate it with spicy seasoning, and it was a dish that called for soju:) I chewed a little sand-like thing once, but it was okay.

I made gopchang jeongol. First of all, the most important thing is to prepare the gopchang. Slightly open the gopchang, hold it close to the faucet, rinse the inside well, rub the outside well with flour, wash and rinse, add whole garlic, ginger, whole pepper, green onion, and soju, boil it in water for 5 to 10 minutes, and let it cool. Then, cut off only the fat from the cooled gopchang with scissors. If you remove too much, it won't have a rich flavor, and if you remove too little, it will be oily, so remove only the amount you want and divide it into small portions to grill or make a stew. I've bought and eaten gopchang many times since I bought it here. It doesn't smell and it's not chewy, so it's good.

It looks like it's slightly melted, but it's frozen right away. It also looks like there's a lot of oil, so you should take that into consideration when buying it.

I washed it once in water, boiled it for about 30 minutes, and then baked it in the oven. It was delicious with no gamey smell or bitterness. The quantity was smaller than I thought, so I'm going to buy two packs next time.

It's clean, not washed ㅋㅋ. I used it last time ㅠ.ㅠ It wasn't washed properly, so I gave up on the intestines a bit and washed the inside with water once, washed the outside twice thoroughly with salt and flour, and left the fat and removed only the skin, then put the garlic cloves in water and boil for about an hour and stir-fry!!!

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it
