The panko is super crispy after being fried, fluffy in the inside and full of delicious curry flavor in the middle. It has chunks of carrots which are pretty tender inside. I pan fried mines, I didn't deep fry them due to being too oily for me. But these and the corn ones are so good but the curry is my favorite.
