Meh. Not moisturizing. It seems to be a sealant, like Vaseline or other chapsticks. It won’t moisturize so much as seal in any moisture you already have.
I’ve had dry and chapped lips for most of my life. Chap stick and similar products provided only temporary help. Even DIY recipes didn’t do much. I had just accepted that I would always have ugly chapped lips in every selfie I took.
I wouldn’t call this product life-changing, but it certainly changed that! I don’t have chapped lips all the time anymore! I apply it maybe once or twice a day and I’m fine for the rest of the day! It’s awesome!
