When I first put the jjolmyeon in my mouth, a strong barley aroma hit me. The unique scent of barley blends well with the spicy seasoning, making it delicious. I ate it with cucumber, bell peppers, bean sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and a boiled egg, and it was very tasty.
