Too much fat! I feel like the merchant is deliberately filling the number
I will definitely buy this again! Perhaps because it was frozen in July 2025, it was fresh, so there was no dripping when thawed, and the meat was clean and odorless, making it delicious to eat. It's also easier than grilling thinly sliced meat, which is great. I used it in fried udon noodles, but I think it would also go perfectly with stir-fried pork with green peppers.

OBSESSED!! I pan fried these and enjoyed them with ponzu and rice for a quick dinner. The berkshire pork was so flavorful and the gyoza tasted like it was from a restaurant. I can’t wait to buy more next time I order from Weee!

After purchasing, you can always separate it into small portions so you can take out only the amount you need. This is really helpful in America, where there is no thinly sliced meat.
The meat was tender and delicious. Personally, I felt it was quite fatty, but if you cook it without oil and soak up the oil with kitchen paper, it's not a problem. It also had a sweet taste, making it the perfect meat for ginger pork and goyachampuuru.
It is a thin slice that is easy to use. It is versatile and can be used in pork soup, stir-fried meat and vegetables, and curry.

First time we bought kurobuta from SRF and both smelled strong — really porky/gamey. Not a fan.
This pork is so smelly. Even after marinating and using rice wine and red wine, the smell can't be suppressed. I won't buy it again.
