Outdoor grill allowed me to char the edges and caramelize the meat the way I love it. Oven roasting in a foil lined shallow pan made cleanup super easy. Started at 400 then boosted to 425 to char edges. Both ways turned out super tasty, and nice and moist. I will be buying a lot more of these, keeping a stash in the freezer for a quick impressive meal.
