I bought it for the first time. I thawed it in the refrigerator the day before and let it soften at room temperature before going to bed. I ate it in the morning. The purple potato flavor was quite strong and there were a lot of fillings. It was good ?

it’s okay to try but will not buy again
I warmed up a slice of Ube loaf in the microwave for a few seconds & I had it with afternoon coffee. Very tasty. I don’t mind that the filling was not equal throughout the loaf. My husband has a sweet tooth & will eat it.
The bread dough was fluffy and had a fine texture like Japanese bread, so I ate it all in one go. The ube flavor kneaded into the dough was also strong, making me happy in the morning ? It was delivered frozen.
