The pork tongue is frozen solid and well packed. The logistics and delivery service is timely.
The tongues were pretty clean, 6 in all sizes, and most of the excess meat and fat on the tongue base had been trimmed off, so it was relatively easy to handle! After blanching, scrape off the white membrane and you can cook!
