It tastes just like the store-bought kind, even at home!! You just boil the rice noodles, add your desired toppings, and eat it right away. It's convenient and delicious. The portion is large, so I cooked some, portioned it out, and froze it. It's enough for two adults to eat three times.

I always used other rice noodle mixes, but I tried this one this time. It doesn't leave as much of a smell in the house, and best of all, it's simple to use, and my child loves it. I removed the cilantro from the dried vegetable packet before adding it.
