Eating it again after so long doesn't make as much of a splash as it did back then. . Personally, I prefer thinner noodles with a soy sauce-flavored soup. The soup, for better or worse, has a milder flavor (no, I'm not saying that insultingly, it's delicious). In any case, (I've seen something resembling the American version of Maruchan Seimen in the past [Maruchan Gold?], but I haven't seen it lately) I'm so happy that Maruchan Seimen is now easily available in the US.

It's delicious . Personally, I prefer the noodles a little thinner, but both the noodles and the soup are satisfactory. I prefer it better than the soy sauce flavor. I'll order it again.
