It’s amazing to find this noodle rice paper to make phở cuốn (pho rolls with beef) and it tastes good 🥰. However it came in frozen so it was a bit of a hassle to have to poach it in boil water so I can somewhat separate each sheet without breaking them to badly 😅. Then I have to wait for them to cool down before I can start rolling. Waiting to see other reviews and hopefully someone has a better idea to soften them without going through a lot of steps like I did
